Immigration Consultants Group (Australia) commenced operation in 2005, since then we have been successfully helping people to migrate to Australia and fulfil their migration dreams.
We understand that while it is exciting to have such a big life change, it can be a very stressful time to move countries and understand the laws and regulations governing this. This is why we will do our best to assess and provide accurate advice and immigration assistance for you and your family. Our services aim to interpret and make sense of the complex and confusing Acts and Regulations that are Australia's Immigration laws. We take the hassle out of compiling and completing all time-consuming and complex form and documentation requirements of the Department of Home Affairs in Australia.
Immigration Consultants Group (Australia) also manage a strong presence in the fishing industry, working in close liaison with crewing agencies to bring in foreign fisherman to work on Australian fishing vessels such as trawlers and longliners.

Michael Bull
Director/Registered Migration Consultant
Michael is a Registered Migration Consultant (RMA) and the Director of Immigration Consultants Group (Australia) (ICGA). Since founding ICGA, Michael has dedicated himself to helping people fulfil their dreams of migrating to Australia. Michael has 20 years' experience in the migration field and specialises in all areas of Australian migration with a special interest in assisting employers with sponsoring skilled overseas workers under labour agreements. Michael leads a dedicated team of qualified and experienced staff to assist with your immigration journey.
Marjory Johnston
Senior Registered Migration Consultant
Marjory is a Senior Consultant with ICGA and has been a registered Migration Agent (RMA) with close to 20 years experience in the industry. Marjory has always recognised migration as the key to economic prosperity for Australia. Migration has enriched the fabric of our society immeasurably. Our migrant population has contributed enormously to the development of a country that is recognised as one of the most desirable places to live worldwide. Marjory’s focus is to ensure an exemplary level of professional service and delivery across the broad range of available visas, from working holiday makers, to skilled professionals, to family and partner visas, always with the aim of ensuring that the process, a lengthy and complex one is made as stress free as possible for the applicants.
Sonja Reusche
Registered Migration Consultant
Sonja is an experienced Registered Migration Consultant at Immigration Consultants Group (Australia) (ICGA) with over 7 years' experience. Having originally migrated to Australia from Germany, Sonja understands the many challenges that are involved when travelling to a different country and brings this first-hand experience and knowledge to her role as a Migration Agent. Sonja holds extensive knowledge and experience in Partner visas, Employer Sponsored visas and appeals to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT).
Kate Harmer
Registered Migration Consultant
Kate is a registered migration Consultant at ICGA with skills and knowledge in a variety of visas, with a particular passion for partner visas. Her interest in visa matters became clear when she used a registered migration agent to go through the partner visa process herself, in which she realised the necessity for it. After studying a degree in government and international relations, she continued her studies and finished a graduate diploma of Australian migration law, to then become a registered migration agent. Being through the process herself, Kate tries to make the process as straightforward as possible
Alan Tonge
Registered Migration Consultant
Alan is a registered migration consultant with ICGA, holding overseas degrees in both Commerce and Law and a Graduate Certificate in Australian Law and Practice, Alan has developed both the knowledge and experience in assisting clients with a variety of Australian visas. Alan enjoys tackling the legislative complexities of the more obscure cases that present themselves at ICGA.
Having previously been an immigrant to Australia himself, he understands and has personally experienced the challenges, complexities, and in some cases, the life changing importance of successfully applying for an Australian visa from a clients point of view.
Teena Atkinson
Group Manager
Teena is the manager at Immigration Consultants Group (Australia). With over 15 years' experience in the migration industry working for Immigration Consultants Group (Australia), you can be assured you will receive the efficient and expert service that you need. Teena is aware exactly what it takes to successfully navigate though the maze of paperwork and other pertinent issues that come with the immigration process. Teena has extensive experience with all types of visas and assists Michael Bull with all Labour Agreements and employer sponsorship.
Noveri Mesa
Philippines Office Manager
Noveri joined Immigration Consultants Group (Australia) in 2016, having been in customer service for several years prior to joining our team.
Noveri is our local manager in the Philippines and co-ordinates the local staff in our offices there, as well as oversights various other projects running out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. Noveri is also our company translator, being fluent in both English and Tagalog.
Rosemer Mesa
Administration Assistant
Rosemer joined Immigration Consultants Group (Australia) in 2021, having recently graduated from, College prior to joining our team.
Rosemer provides administration support to our local manager in the Philippines, as well as assisting with the many other projects running out of the Philippines and Indonesian offices.
